By accessing and using Streamanager ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Streamanager is a SaaS platform that helps small businesses:

  • Build and manage their online presence
  • Generate personalized content using AI
  • Create 24/7 streaming loops for YouTube and other platforms
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Integrate with Google Business Profile and other services

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Streamanager a limited license to:

  • Store, process, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Service
  • Generate derivative content (e.g., social media posts, videos) based on Your Content
  • Distribute Your Content to connected platforms (YouTube, social media) as directed by you

4.2 How We Use Your Data

We use your business information to:

  • Provide personalized features: Generate content tailored to your business using your Company Truth Source (CTS)
  • Improve the platform: With your consent, we may use aggregated, non-identifying patterns to improve Streamanager

4.3 What We Never Do

We will never:

  • Sell or share your specific business content with third parties
  • Use your proprietary content in ways that expose your identity to competitors
  • Train public AI models on your private business information without explicit consent

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious content (viruses, malware, etc.)
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Violate the terms of connected platforms (YouTube, Google, social media)

6. Third-Party Services & Platform Compliance

Streamanager integrates with third-party platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others. You agree to:

  • Comply with each platform's terms of service and API usage policies
  • Understand that your use of these platforms is subject to their terms, not ours
  • Not hold Streamanager liable for changes, suspensions, or terminations by third-party platforms

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure our integrations comply with platform policies, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Streamanager offers paid subscription plans with different features and limits.

  • Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow account recovery, after which data may be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
